The Gateway to Downtown
District 15 — a new city district on Mlynské nivy boulevard — where everyday life connects naturally with the city.
The first phase comprises 181 apartments, building on the vision of a modern boulevard and creating a gateway to Bratislava's downtown from the east. Another city-shaping project by renowned developer JTRE combines contemporary architecture with a high standard of finish, focusing on space, comfort, and everyday quality of life.

LOCATION
Where the City Begins
District 15 will rise on the planned Mlynské nivy city boulevard in Bratislava's Ružinov district — the city's most sought-after neighbourhood. A new tram line will run through the entire area and is set to become the main mode of transport, with priority also given to pedestrians and cyclists.
The result will be a fully-fledged city district with shops, greenery and public spaces for spending free time with family — just a few minutes from downtown, with shopping centres, parks, restaurants and cultural venues.
